Return Policy

Oh no! You’re not 100% satisfied with your order? We are so sorry to hear that & we want to help as much as we can! We want you to love everything from sunkissed baby co. 

We do accept returns within 30 days of purchase from our website in exchange for store credit! All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, please! 

All items marked as FINAL SALE are unfortunately not eligible for returns. 

Other items that are not eligible for returns include: 

  • Bows 

  • Hats 

  • Teethers 

  • Swaddles 

  • Cards 

We cannot give you return credit for items that are defective and/or not in their original condition, with tags attached! In these instances, a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you. 

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Please make sure your return meets the criteria outlined above before you send your item(s) back :) 

  2. Include your printed order confirmation email or printed invoice in the package. Let us know your reason for your return by just writing it on the order confirmation or printed invoice, please! 

  3. Package that baby up and take it to your courier of choice to return your items! At this time, we do not offer free returns so you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to send your package back to us.
